HPE 3PAR Virtual Lock prevents deletion of virtual volumes and volume copies for a specified period of time. Applying a user-configurable retention period, Virtual Lock secures volumes and copies so they cannot be deleted, even by a HPE 3PAR Store Serv user with the high level privileges.
