HPE e-SupportPack is an electronic version of the original HPE SupportPack portfolio of support services. It was first introduced as Web-based tool in 1997 and is a part of HPE's Channel Services On-Line Portfolio. HPE SupportPack portfolio of services ranges from standard hardware maintenance to scalable levels of support for mission-critical computing environments. HPE e-SupportPack is available worldwide in multiple languages and currencies.
