Back to growth in revenue for 2024 was the name of the game and as challenging that it might been the year was a success - that can be explained by several factors:
• Client satisfaction has increased. Our NPS is over 70 %. (Anything over 70% is recognized as “world class”).
• New (active) client accounts grew.
• Marketplace and system upgrades further enhanced time and money-saving potential for our clients.
• The number of products sold increased.
• The number of unique IT products available in Markit marketplace increased to almost 6 million making Markit the largest single-vendor IT marketplace in the world.
• Further expansion, Markit is now present in 50 countries across 6 continents.

Of course, in 2025 we will still face challenges with the potential stand-still in the economy and decrease in IT spend.
However, thanks to our success in recent years we are very well equipped to take our opportunities and with the amazing culture and a highly talented team of Markiteers we will make the best of the circumstances.
Furthermore, Markit is provider of efficiency and savings. In a tough (or slower) economic environment, demand can grow as we can be especially useful and valuable to both existing and new clients.
We remain positive for 2025 and are targeting around 10+ % growth despite the economic uncertainty.
We continue forward, towards our Vision of 1 billion EUR of revenue with 500 people by 2028.
