The InfraStruXure Follow On Preparation service is a requirement for all software configuration services that extend beyond 8 hours. This service covers the follow on preparation the APC Certified Engineer is required to complete before returning to the customer site to conclude the service deliverables.The purpose is to ensure customers are not over charged for unnecessary administration and travel expenses by including them in a standard service that may span multiple days.This mandatory component of the Data Center Management Software Configuration Suite will automatically be calculated by InfraStruXure Designer and will added for each additional 8 hour day of service required to fully implement the purchased solution. The number of Follow On Preparation service added to the InfraStruXure Management Software Configuration Suite will be the number of days to configure the solution minus 1.
