ValueRAM is designed to industry specifications tested, is 100% tested and is available at competitively low prices.
ValueRAM's KVR533D2E4K2/1G is a kit of two 64M x 72-bit (512MB) DDR533 CL4 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) ECC memory modules. Total kit capacity is 1GB. The components on each module include nine 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR533 SDRAM in FBGA packages. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.
