This architecture offloads replication job processing from SAN hosts and centralizes management making administration and upgrades much easier across the SAN.

  HPE Business Copy EVA can execute scripts on the hosts to suspend and resume the processing of applications and enable creation of file consistent copies of the data.

  HPE Business Copy EVA can mount snapshots and clones on an enabled host computer. This is done dynamically so that the host does not have to be rebooted. The snapshot or clone volume will look to the host just like any other volume.
