The SAS RAID Mezzanine Card meets both: equipped with 512 MB write-back cache it guarantees high speed transmission of data, while the internal Battery Backup Units (BBUs) ensure data availability at any time. One of the most benefiting usage scenarios will be terminal server farms that primarily depend on fast and safe operation of internal storage drives. Operation of external storage, connected via SAS connection blades, will be another highly appropriate scenario.
