MARKIT 2019 – The Year in Focus

It’s been another excellent year at MARKIT, a year about consolidation, expansion and of getting even better at helping our clients succeed in reducing their total cost of IT purchasing. A lot of time and money has been focused on enhancing the Markit IT purchasing system, growing the marketplace and developing back end infrastructure. These positive steps have helped push our average NPS (client satisfaction rating) up to 64.5. We move onwards and upwards towards 70%. The sign of truly world class performance. Looking back here are some of the key highlights of 2019, with links for further reading.
