This piggyback extension cord allows two devices, such as computers, monitors, printers, instrument amplifiers and other equipment with C14 inlets, to connect to a single NEMA 5-15R outlet. It features a C13 end for connecting to one device and a combination 5-15P/5-15R end that allows a second 5-15P cord to be connected, doubling your electrical outlet capacity. By connecting two devices to one outlet, the 6-ft. (1.83 m) cable frees up space in a PDU or surge protector and allows some flexibility in placing equipment with respect to the power outlet.
