Management Report on the latest financial results

In the period between 2009-2015 revenue tripled from 19,2 million euros to 62,8 million. The average sales growth has been 22% for the last 5 years and 35% since founding of the company.

The number of orders grew by 14% from 96 498 in the past year to 109 877 orders in 2015. The number of loyal customers had a growth rate of 14% going from 1 144 in the previous year to 1304.  Loyal customer is defined as a company using Markit on a regular basis in a significant period of time.

This year was especially successful for our focus customer segment.  We signed significant new agreements and expanded existing relationships. Many of them are worlds leading companies, who are using us in multiple countries and accross continents.

Customer satisfaction has always been a priority and since 2010 we are measuring it using the internationally recognized methodology of Net Promoter Score. In the first years of measuring the index was at 55 and by the end of 2015 it has increased to 65. This is an excellent score and on par with the leading companies in the world.
