Kaikki tieto mikä kirjataan tai tallennetaan järjestelmään on luottamuksellista eikä sitä luovuteta kolmansille osapuolille. e-kanava Oy saattaa käyttää tietoja tehdäkseen luottotarkastuksia yritysten luottotietoja tarjoavien yritysten kanssa, pystyäkseen määrittelemään asiakkaalle luottolimiimitin suuruuden.

Asiakkaan on rekisteröidyttävä käyttäjäksi voidakseen tehdä tilauksia ja saadakseen käyttöön kaikki kaupan ominaisuudet. Rekisteröinnin yhteydessä kysytään seuraavat tiedot: yrityksen nimi, y-tunnus, laskutus- ja toimitusosoite ja yhteyshenkilön tiedot.
Nämä tiedot ovat pakollisia jotta rekisteröinti voidaan toteuttaa.
Rekisteröinnin jälkeen käyttäjälle toimitetaan tunnus, minkä avulla voidaan kirjautua järjestelmään ja aloittaa palveluiden käyttö. Asiakkaalla on käytössään ennakkomaksu ja verkkopankki- ja luottokorttimaksut. Laskulla myyntiin tehdään erillinen luottopäätös.
After initial registration the default options for payment is prepayment and pro-forma invoice.
To apply for open credit registered company must complete the Credit Application form after which a recommended amount of credit is issued. In the case the company does not qualify for credit it will be informed about the decision but still can use MarkIT system for ordering. In that case the orders are handled by prepayment (pro-forma invoice, direct bank link, credit card payments, PayPal, etc.) as a payment option.
MarkIT product catalogue is divided into main product groups with product information provided by CNet DataSource.
The product catalogue is divided into main product groups and in most cases sub-groups. Find the right product group and sub-group and you will see a list of all available products in that group with stock availability, estimated delivery and price information.
The search field is situated on the left above the product catalogue tree. Search engine will find all products which description or product code includes the search words. If you know the exact product code then that will give the most precise answer.
Over each main product group catalogue listing there is a parametric search option which allows users to filter out products by the parameters set by the user.
NB! MarkIT catalogue displays all products which have stock levels greater than 0. You can change this option from the product catalogue and view also “all the products” that are listed but not necessarily in stock.

After finding suitable products you can put them into the shopping basket by clicking on the “shopping basket” icon next to the product price information.
To complete the order you must have a registered account and must be logged in to that account.
Completing the order consists of following steps:
Estimated delivery date can be found on the order review and also in order confirmation e-mail.
All prices in e-kanava Oy catalogue are by default shown in local currency and including VAT. The choice of showing prices including or excluding VAT can be defined by user in the “My Settings” panel.
Depending of the order amount shipping and handling fees may apply. This information is in detail available during the checkout.
Prices are subject to change until the order is submitted and confirmed. The most up to date price is always shown in the basket and on the order confirmation. User can perform an online price check while navigating the product page or in the basket. New pricing applies to all orders not confirmed prior to price changes.
The estimated delivery date is calculated during the order process and also shown while browsing the products in the product catalogue.
Delivery of parcels is door-to-door and is handled directly from distributor stocks in co-operation with third party couriers or other means. In case of special arrangements relevant information will be displayed during the check-out process.
All products sold in MarkIT are delivered directly from the partner distributor stocks. MarkIT does not keep any stock.
Orders submitted by the user can only be cancelled and terminated by the MarkIT customer support. In case of a mistake on the order or customer notices any other problem they should contact MarkIT customer support as soon as possible – during the office hours preferably within one hour of submitting the order.
Return of the products will be handled on the case-by-case basis. Most importantly the product must be in un-opened state and in the original package. Additionally – in the event that the product return is initiated by the customer because of their fault and depending of the nature and price of the products, fees may apply for return up to 10% of the product price. Shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer.
We are working hard in co-operation with the customer and the distributor stocks to ensure that each case gets solved in the best possible matter. If the reason for return is faulty product description or any other such mistake by MarkIT we will take full responsibility for the return.
All MarkIT registered users can track their open orders and see previous orders under "Pending Orders” and “Order History" tab in the “Review” subsection.
